A 10pm booking got the Kozy Special (90,000 won: 10-minute foot bath, 40 minutes lower body, 40 minutes upper body), including foot massage down to the toe sides and focused shoulder blade work. Prices run much lower than Seoul, making it a great last stop on a Jeonju trip.
