Lightweight glow serum for winter dryness: HEEDA Glutathione Serum

Why did I choose it for winter home care?

Moving between heated spaces, I noticed my skin feeling dry and wanted to add a serum to my basic skincare routine. With my wedding ceremony about 40 days away, I also wanted to care for redness, blemish marks, and uneven skin tone at home.

I had previously used HEEDA cleansing balm and cleansing foam, so I chose a serum from the same brand. The brand describes it as helping with moisture-barrier care, soothing blemish marks, and skin-texture care.

What are the texture and application like?

The dropper made it easy to dispense only the amount I needed. On the back of my hand and on my skin, it had a lightweight texture that flowed naturally like water, with little sticky or heavy residue.

I do not usually prefer sticky serums, but this was easy to apply without feeling burdensome. Its watery feel seemed to adhere transparently, so I used it consistently morning and night.

Was it okay to use before makeup?

In my experience, I could apply makeup afterward without it pilling or lifting. It seemed suited to times in winter when I wanted a moisturized feel but wanted to avoid a heavy texture.

Why did I keep using it?

I also liked the clean packaging and easy-to-use dropper bottle. Skin changes can vary by person, but I kept adding it to my winter home-care routine because of its lightweight application and how it felt before makeup.
