Gunja Station Korean bar for nakgopsae hot pot: Saechamjip

Saechamjip is a Korean bar with curtained rooms a 5-minute walk from Gunja Station in Gwangjin, Seoul. Meeting friends after a long time meant ordering the nakgopsae hot pot (octopus, tripe and shrimp), diced gabri-sal tofu kimchi (grilled pork jowl with tofu) and Chamisul Fresh soju at 5,000 won, with bottomless mukbap (acorn jelly in broth), V-corn and hutgae sticks served free. The food at Saechamjip feels closer to a proper meal than to bar snacks, which makes it an easy pick for group nights out.
