Jeongipum Jjukkumi Gwangmyeong 1st Branch is a griddle-cooked jjukkumi (spicy octopus) restaurant on the ground floor of a mixed-use building housing IKEA and Megabox in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi. The writer ordered the signature grilled jjukkumi with extra black pork belly for two, finishing with flying fish roe fried rice, while a staff member cooked tableside and explained how to combine perilla leaf, seaweed, white sauce, roe and meat.
