Mr. Kim's Chicken Jayang Market Branch is a chicken restaurant in Gwangjin, Seoul, serving dakgangjeong and fried chicken by the piece. After a weekend wait, I took home medium-spicy dakgangjeong, fried chicken, and cola for ₩20,000; even slightly cooled, the coating stayed crisp and the sauce was nicely sweet.
