Gwangjin ramen restaurant for a couple's lunch, two bowls: Mentsuru
Mentsuru Children's Grand Park Branch is a ramen restaurant in Gwangjin, Seoul, a 1-minute walk from Exit 4 of Children's Grand Park Station. For a Konkuk-area lunch date, the writer ordered shoyu ramen and spicy shoyu ramen side by side with handmade chicken karaage, comparing the clear chicken-broth shoyu against the spicier version. Both the light, savory basic bowl and the spicy one with a kick at the end were easy to enjoy without feeling heavy.
