Cheese-free tomato pork belly at Namyangju outdoor BBQ: 2002 Witch's

2002 Witch's Arpeggio is a dog-friendly outdoor Korean BBQ restaurant on a mountain road in Wabu-eup, Namyangju, Gyeonggi. The meal was two servings of the Witch's jar-aged tomato-jang pork belly ordered without cheese, plus a crispy-outside-chewy-inside potato pancake, cauldron fried rice with pollack roe and crispy rice, and a bottle of homemade blueberry wine, with a staff member torch-finishing the meat at the table. For a different kind of pork belly eaten outdoors on a cool day, 2002 Witch's Arpeggio is worth the drive.
