Daejeon gizzard eel grill with cold noodles: Jinppaei
Jinppaei is a gizzard eel, live anago, and grilled shellfish restaurant in Bongmyeong-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. I ordered stone-plate stir-fried gizzard eel for two, fried rice, and cold milmyeon. The chewy texture, sweet-spicy sauce, and heat-retaining stone plate made for a satisfying meal.
