Osan fusion restaurant with bean sprout meat jjamppong: Dami Sik

Dami Sik is a fusion Korean-Chinese restaurant on Sumogwon-ro 49beon-gil in Nueup-dong, Osan, Gyeonggi. The owner-chef has 20 years of experience and sources ingredients from the fish market daily, and the meat jjamppong and dongpo pork set contrasts a cool broth packed with bean sprouts against tender pork belly eaten with wasabi. Having pollack hot pot, stone-plate jjajang, and dongpo pork on one menu makes Dami Sik a genuinely fresh find in Osan.
