Bucheon bakery, margarine-free barley loaves: Chamsae Bori Sikppang
Chamsae Bori Sikppang, Bucheon main branch is a barley sikppang (loaf bread) bakery on Gyeongin-ro in Sosa-gu, Bucheon. Three loaves — daesang glutinous barley, grain glutinous barley and rye glutinous barley — tasted clean and light, and a short turn in the air fryer made them easy to share with the whole family. With no margarine in the dough, the bread from Chamsae Bori Sikppang sat easy on the stomach and suited every age at the table.
