Daegu freediving school for beginners: AIDA1 course at N&N Freediving
N&N Freediving is a government-certified freediving school in Nam-gu, Daegu, with pool sessions held at the Buksam Pass9 Diving Pool in Gumi. The AIDA1 beginner course ran about 3 hours in one day and covered breathing technique, a static breath-hold (1 minute), finning, a 5m round trip and equalizing, with the pool entry fee of 35,000 won and gear rental of 5,000 won paid separately. Even a weak swimmer could keep up at N&N Freediving's pace, and the day ended with an AIDA1 certificate.
