How did it feel on dehydrated skin?

I started using it while looking for a serum because my skin felt tight from within after cleansing during the dry winter season. The texture was thin and light, but it felt like it adhered to my skin as soon as I applied it, absorbing comfortably without stickiness.

Was it suitable before morning makeup?
