How did it remove heavy makeup?
I usually wear mascara and color makeup, so I often use a separate point makeup remover. I applied this product directly over my makeup and massaged it in; after rubbing the color makeup areas a little more carefully, it felt like the makeup melted away.

I took an appropriate amount onto dry skin, let it soften with the warmth of my skin, and massaged it in. I then rinsed with lukewarm water, so the process was simple.
