Charcoal cleansing foam for dry skin, 3 bottles: HEEDA Jirisan

How did it feel for dehydrated dry skin during morning cleansing?

Because my skin tends to be dry, I first look at potential irritation and post-cleansing tightness when choosing a cleanser. With dehydrated dry skin that feels dry on the surface and even more rough underneath, I used this for morning cleansing expecting hydration and a soft foam.

I am currently using my third bottle of HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Hydrating Cleansing Foam. I liked that it is a low-pH cleansing foam, and on my skin it did not leave much tightness after washing and felt like it finished with moisture.

What changed in the way my skin looked after cleansing?

The product is described as containing hyaluronic acid, so I expected a moisturizing feel. After use, my skin texture felt smooth and dewy, and on mornings when I used it, makeup seemed to apply better.

Even after using sunscreen, it felt like it washed away cleanly, and I did not notice significant dryness or irritation after cleansing. Perhaps because of the genuine charcoal ingredient, it felt as though impurities in my pores were being cleared away and my skin looked clearer.

When was it good to use?

I reached for it for morning cleansing on days when my skin felt sensitive and dry from fine dust or external irritation. If post-cleansing tightness is a concern for your dry skin, this experience may be useful to consider, though reactions can differ by skin type.
