Jin 1926 Dasan Branch is a lamb specialty grill restaurant on the 2nd floor of Shinhae Central Tower 4, near Dasan Station in Namyangju, Gyeonggi. On this visit the table ordered both the French rack (33,000 won) and the lamb ribs (31,000 won), plus one Jin Special Rice per person and bibim guksu (spicy cold noodles), and a staff member grilled each cut at the brazier behind a splash guard. Not a drop of oil splattered, so Jin 1926 Dasan Branch is an easy place to talk over dinner without even wearing an apron.
