Friday lunch gyukatsu, Napolitan and mini curry in Sinnonhyeon
Ichigyu Gangnam Sinnonhyeon Branch is a gyukatsu-focused Japanese restaurant a 5-minute walk from Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam, Seoul. On a Friday at 11:30, before heading to work, the writer had gyukatsu grilled on a personal mini charcoal grill with plenty of butter, plus a Japanese home-style Napolitan pasta and a mini curry. Everything from the tableside performance to the meat quality delivered, and the Napolitan is a dish worth ordering again.
