On a day of feeling under the weather, the writer ordered teuk-seolleongtang (premium ox bone soup) and yangtang (tripe soup) for lunch, piling on four self-serve banchan and millet rice. No gamey smell in the meat and a clean, non-heavy broth made it a satisfying gukbap stop for a rough day.
