Seongdong hair salon for a medium-length rough perm: Urban Ground Hair
Urban Ground Hair Sangwangsimni Station Branch is a hair salon in Seongdong, Seoul. I went in hoping for a jelly perm, but after discussing my heavily thinned hair and face shape, I chose a medium-length rough perm with a hair treatment and root perm. It differed from the wave style I first had in mind, but I liked its naturally lifted volume.
