Gangneung café for a family birthday cake: Baegya Coffee
Baegya Coffee is a large bakery café on Gangneung’s Haean-ro, with ocean views from floors 1 through 3. During a family trip, I had a corn cream shot latte and cake, and the sea view made the visit memorable; the second-floor outdoor terrace is a no-kids zone.
