Yangju Ojeong budae-jjigae lunch with rice in the broth: Choi Budae
Choi Budae Jjigae is a budae-jjigae (army stew) restaurant on Ojeong-ro 10-gil in Yangju, Gyeonggi. Two of us ordered two servings of budae-jjigae and an egg roll, then stirred rice into the bubbling broth for a filling finish. Choi Budae Jjigae also serves single portions, so this Ojeong soup spot works just as well for solo lunch as it does for two.
