I used it on dehydrated oily skin that was bothered by inner dryness in dry weather. The cleansing balm spread smoothly as I scooped it out with the spatula and applied it over my face, and my skin felt less immediately tight after washing.

Did it remove glitter makeup and waterproof eyeliner well?
