Stopping in for just a 10-minute detour on the drive back from a one-night Busan trip, the writer ordered a two-person set with garlic boiled pork and seasoned crab, gamjatang for two with glass noodles, white rice cooked in a pot, and self-serve fried rice — the glass-noodle-laced broth and the reduced, mixed fried rice stood out most.
