HEEDA Jirisan Charcoal Cleansing Balm is a Korean cleansing balm made with charcoal and 13 natural ingredients. I tested it on waterproof mascara and color makeup, then washed my face after heavier makeup. Verdict: it needed water to lift the remaining makeup, but left my skin feeling hydrated rather than dry.
