How did it remove waterproof makeup?

I hardly ever wear makeup normally, but when I have plans and put on heavier makeup, I tend to pay close attention to cleansing afterward. Using cleansing oil and cleansing foam one after the other can leave my skin feeling dry, so I used this product while considering both makeup removal and how my skin would feel after washing.

I tested it after applying waterproof mascara, shimmery shadow, lipstick, and eyeshadow to the back of my hand. I scooped out the balm with the spoon, spread it on, and rubbed for about 30 seconds, but some mascara remained, which worried me. When I added water and rubbed lightly, the remaining color makeup washed away.

What was convenient about using it?

How did my skin feel after washing my face?

The original description says the charcoal helps absorb impurities, and I used it with sebum and pore concerns in mind. The writer said pores that had looked enlarged in hot weather seemed less noticeable, but that was a personal impression after use.
