Plan A Restaurant is a Western restaurant on the fourth floor of a beachfront building in Songdo, Pohang, with sea views through floor-to-ceiling windows. My friend and I shared risotto, a cheese salad, and spicy broth shrimp spaghetti; the portions were generous and the mix of creamy, tangy, and spicy dishes worked well.
