Veggie-base salmon poke takeout near Gangnam Station: Ola Poke
Ola Poke Gangnam is a poke and salad restaurant near the underground shopping arcade at Gangnam Station in Seoul. Keeping to a low-carb, high-fat diet, the writer swapped rice for a veggie base in the basic salmon poke and had it packed to go in about 10 minutes. The salmon was thick and never fishy — good enough to bring her back three times in one week.
