Kid-friendly duck restaurant with outdoor seating in Mapo: Gongjung
Gongjung Dodeok is an outdoor-seating Korean restaurant serving grilled duck and duck stew next to the Gyeongui Line Forest Park in Mapo, Seoul. Visiting with kids, the writer ordered a half-and-half salt and seasoned duck grill set, duck stew, and a barley shrimp minari pancake, and found the seasoned grill mild enough for an elementary schooler to enjoy. With infant tableware on hand, it's a solid pick for a family meal at the Gyeongui Line Forest Park outdoor dining scene.
