Cleansing balm first cleanse: HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal

What were the texture and scent of HEEDA Cleansing Balm like?

When I opened the lid, I noticed a subtle scent, and I also liked the clean packaging. Scooping some out with the included spatula, I found it had a dense solid texture.

How did it feel when melted in my hands?

As it melted slightly from the warmth of my fingertips, it turned into a soft oil-like texture and felt as though it adhered to my skin. After spreading it over my face and gently massaging it in, I felt like I was cleansing my skin.

How did I double cleanse?

On days when I wore heavy makeup, I removed my eye and lip makeup with oil first, then used the cleansing balm on the rest of my skin with a rolling motion. After using the cleansing balm as my first cleanse, I followed with a light second cleanse using a foam cleanser.

Did I personally confirm an improvement in skin texture?

The original post mentioned search reviews saying that people noticed improvements in uneven skin texture with continued use, but it did not describe the writer personally tracking changes in skin texture over a period of use. This post therefore focuses on the texture and how it felt as a first cleanse.
