Daegu Korean restaurant with bossam and cheese pancake: Uldong Bossam
Uldong Bossam is a Korean restaurant near Daegu City Hall’s Dongin Building in Jung-gu, Daegu. I ordered bossam and a cheese-topped potato pancake, and found the pork moist and the pancake crisp at the edges. The varied side dishes made the meal satisfying, while the seating also looked suitable for dining alone.
