Jeju Oktop JEJU BBQ, Gwangju Gyeongan Branch is a pork barbecue restaurant in Gyeongan-dong, Gwangju, Gyeonggi, where I ordered a black pork fresh rib set. The staff grilled the meat at my pace and adjusted the cuts to my preference; the rib meat was tender, while I had the pork belly fat grilled separately.

Dakgalbijeon Gangnam Branch is a dakgalbi restaurant in Seocho, Seoul, near Sinnonhyeon Station. I had cheese dakgalbi wrapped in perilla-leaf potato pancakes, then flying-fish-roe cheese fried rice; the ready-cooked dishes were convenient, though the restaurant is not very large and was full before 6 p.m. on the weekend.
