Daegu pasta restaurant with fresh ragù and cold pasta: Burnish Resto
Burnish Resto (버니쉬레스토) is a reservation-only Western restaurant on Gukchaebosang-ro 150-gil in Jung-gu, Daegu. I tried its white ragù cognac fresh pasta and sweet shrimp avocado cold pasta, and found both memorable in different ways, with warm lighting and group seating that also suited gatherings.
