In short
Burnish Resto (버니쉬레스토) is a reservation-only Western restaurant on Gukchaebosang-ro 150-gil in Jung-gu, Daegu. I had two kinds of pasta at Burnish Resto (버니쉬레스토) in Jung-gu, Daegu. We ordered the nutty white ragù fresh pasta and the refreshing sweet shrimp avocado cold pasta together, so we could enjoy two different flavors and textures.

How should you prepare for reservations and parking?
Burnish Resto operates by reservation only. Naver reservations were 안내, and we visited after making a reservation by phone. The hours listed in the original post are 12:00–20:00, with a break from 15:00–17:00.

The address is 42 Gukchaebosang-ro 150-gil, Jung-gu, Daegu, South Korea, 1st floor. It is in an alley, which made the surrounding atmosphere feel quiet. I was told that parking-fee support coupons are also available.
Does the atmosphere suit a first date or invitation gathering?
The interior used warm lighting, making it cozy and comfortable. There was also group seating, so I thought it would work not only for a first date but also for a meal with several people, such as an invitation gathering.

We sat at a table with a reservation card on it. Seeing that the table had been prepared in advance made me feel that attention had been paid to the details.
How do you check the menu and order?
There was a separate menu, and we were told to place our order using a QR code. A poster for the cold pasta caught my interest, and I also wanted to try the fresh pasta I usually enjoy.

Opening the QR code let us view the menu and photos together. I was unsure because the paper menu had no photos, but being able to see what the dishes looked like on the ordering screen made it easier to choose.

Before the pasta arrived, we were served bread. Its nutty aroma and flavor helped whet my appetite.

What does the white ragù cognac fresh pasta taste like?
The white ragù cognac fresh pasta arrived first. I usually like fresh pasta, so I was looking forward to its texture.

The cream sauce was nutty and smooth. The fresh pasta was chewy and springy, giving it a satisfying texture when eaten with the sauce.

The portion felt just right for me, and there was plenty of ragù. As I ate the pasta, I scooped up the ragù with a spoon.

Was the sweet shrimp avocado cold pasta good for a first try?
It was my first time trying cold pasta. I was looking forward to it because it contained sweet shrimp and avocado, both of which I like, and I was told to squeeze lemon over it before eating.

It had a refreshing flavor and a pleasantly firm, chewy texture. The thin, tender noodles went well with the soft avocado and sweet shrimp. The broth reminded me of cold soba, and it was the kind of flavor I expect I will think about again in summer.

After finishing both pastas, I was full. What stayed with me was getting to taste the nutty, chewy fresh pasta and the refreshing cold pasta together.

Can you bring wine to enjoy with your meal?
I heard that corkage is free, so I would like to bring wine next time. I did not use the service myself this time, but the warm interior and group seating made me think of the restaurant again as a place for a celebratory meal or an invitation gathering.
