Ramen near Deungdae Beach in Sokcho: parking tips, Ichiba Ramen
Ichiba Ramen is a ramen restaurant in Sokcho that has moved from near Sokcho Jungang Market to a larger space close to Deungdae Beach (lighthouse beach). Ichiba Ramen has no parking lot of its own, so the writer parked at Yeongnang Lake Park and ordered the special tonkotsu ramen with an old-fashioned bottled cola. The broth is a rich pork-bone stock with no spice at all, easy enough to finish a whole bowl even on a day with a cold.
