Poke restaurant takeout in Chungju: all-in-one bibim poke and sweet pumpkin sandwich, Salad Ring
Salad Ring, Chungju Terminal Branch is a Korean-style bibim poke restaurant on the first floor of a new building next to Hi-Mart in Chilgeum-dong, Chungju. I ordered the Healthy All-in-One Bibim Poke and the sweet pumpkin chicken breast sandwich to go and shared them at home with my wife — smoked duck, chicken breast, fried tofu and brown rice with barley all packed in, it was filling. My wife searched the address the moment she tasted it, so this is a place we're going back to.
