Gwangjin Korean BBQ with ₩2,900 soju and pork jowl: Ssamchae
Ssamchae Sotttukkeong Samgyeopsal is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Gwangjin, Seoul, where pork is cooked on a cauldron-lid grill. We visited on a Friday evening with no wait for pork belly, pork jowl, unlimited wrap vegetables, and ₩2,900 soju and beer. Verdict: Ssamchae Sotttukkeong Samgyeopsal is a place I’d happily return to for the meat and drinks, despite the slightly disappointing soybean paste stew.
