Hapjeong shabu-shabu date with rice paper wraps and white fungus
Shabu in Seoul Hapjeong Branch is a premium shabu-shabu restaurant on B2 of Delight Square 1 near Hapjeong Station, Mapo, Seoul. The visit featured two orders of prime Angus chuck flat shabu set (₩25,000 each) with added white fungus mushroom (₩3,900), a clear mushroom broth, rice paper wraps folded into fresh spring rolls, and a finish of egg porridge and omija tea. High-back sofa seating and attentive staff made it a great date spot.
