Cleansing balm for dehydrated oily skin: HEEDA Jirisan Charcoal
HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm is a Korean cleansing balm I tried on dehydrated oily skin after wearing BB cream and blush. It melted my light base makeup comfortably and left less of a tight, dry feeling after my double cleanse, though I did not test it on waterproof mascara or long-wearing lip color.
