Why did I start taking Laravita NMNH?

As spring arrived, there were days when I felt sluggish and did not feel refreshed even after sleeping. After hearing about NMN from an acquaintance and looking into related products, I started taking Laravita NMNH.

Where did I store it, and when did I take it?

The product came in a deep yellow case. As soon as it arrived, I put it in the refrigerator and took it out every morning.

How long did one bottle last?

One bottle contains 60 capsules. I took two capsules a day, so one bottle lasts 30 days on that basis.

What was it like taking several ingredients together?

The capsules contained pale yellow powder. The product is described as containing six ingredients, including NMNH, fisetin, trans-resveratrol, quercetin, vitamin K2, and vitamin D3. I found it convenient to take several ingredients in one product.

How was the price for taking it consistently?

At the time of writing, the cost I checked was about ₩2,663 for two capsules a day. Considering that it combines several ingredients, I could understand part of the cost, but the overall price felt high.

How did it feel to take, and why did I prepare it for my parents?
