Mandong Jegwa Yeonnam Branch is a bakery in Yeonnam-dong, Seodaemun, Seoul, near Exit 3 of Hongik University Station. After sampling tasting bread, the writer bought basil tomato, sweet pumpkin ciabatta, hip bread, and pretzel, and the last piece of sweet pumpkin ciabatta became the top pick. Mandong Jegwa bread tastes much better reheated in an air fryer at 160-170°C.
