How did it feel on combination skin?

My T-zone is usually oily while my cheeks dry out easily, so I had been looking for something with cleansing power that would leave less tightness after washing. I wear heavy makeup often, and when I massaged this over areas where makeup remained, it felt like it removed everything cleanly.

I also removed lip tint and eyeliner without using a separate point-makeup remover. Afterwards, it felt clean yet moisturizing. The scent was subtle and refreshing, and it did not feel overwhelming even to me, since I am sensitive to fragrance.

What were the balm texture and container like?
It comes in a round black 100ml container, with a spatula fixed inside the lid. There was also an additional clear inner cover, so I could check that it was sealed when I first opened it.

It looked dense at first, but when I scooped it out with the spatula and placed it on the back of my hand, it melted softly with body heat. Although the formula contains charcoal powder, it did not feel stiff to me and was easy to spread over my skin.

How did I remove heavy makeup?

I applied an appropriate amount to my dry face, then massaged with my fingertips for about 30 seconds, focusing on areas where makeup or sebum concerned me. I then added lukewarm water to emulsify it and rinsed it off.

I first let the balm I scooped with the spatula melt slightly on the back of my hand before spreading it over my face. It applied more smoothly from the start and was easier to massage.

Did I need to double cleanse?

After massaging and emulsifying with the cleansing balm, I followed with a foam cleanser for a double cleanse. This method gave me a cleaner-feeling finish.
What are the expiration and purchase details?

I ordered this product from Coupang on Aug 25, and its unopened expiration date was marked as Jan 20, 2028. It should be used within 10 months after opening.

Who might it suit?

As someone with combination skin who wears heavy makeup often and worries about post-wash tightness, I was satisfied with it. It may be worth considering if you prefer a balm texture that melts softly during makeup removal and has a subtle scent.
