Ijillirya Yeonnam is a bar in Mapo, Seoul, where wide-open windows create an outdoor-drinking atmosphere. I reserved a bar seat for yukhoe, yuzu-sauce boiled octopus, and white-kimchi tuna rolls, and especially loved the kind owner and warm lighting. Verdict: a lovely spot to catch the breeze and chat with someone you like.
