Gangseo gyukatsu lunch with fried shrimp and karaage: Ichigyu

Ichigyu Balsan Station Branch is a gyukatsu (breaded fried beef cutlet) restaurant on the second floor of a building a 2-minute walk from Balsan Station on Line 5, in Gangseo, Seoul. The set comes with clay pot rice and a personal grill where a pat of butter melts as you sear the gyukatsu, then dip it in chili sauce or wasabi, and karaage and fried shrimp were ordered as extras. Every fried dish at Ichigyu was equally good, which explains why it is named as a Balsan date and lunch-gathering spot.
