Hongdae sushi made by one owner, Shin-chan stickers: Yu Iksang Sushi
Yu Iksang Sushi is a long-tail sushi restaurant up a hill near Hongik University Station Exit 9 in Mapo, Seoul. The Couple A Plus set brought salmon, flounder, tuna, beef, tamago and shrimp aburi sushi, and because the owner makes every piece alone it took a while, but he added free fried shrimp and fried eggplant and stuck a Crayon Shin-chan sticker on the table. Most pieces come under a mayonnaise-based sauce that got a little heavy by the end, though rolling up the extra-long fish bite by bite was genuinely fun.
