Balsan Station gimbal egg fried rice cooked by staff: Gungmin
Gungmin Nakgopsae Gangseo Branch is a nakgopsae (octopus, beef intestine, shrimp stir-fry) restaurant three minutes on foot from Exit 6 of Balsan Station in Gangseo, Seoul. The writer ordered hanwoo daechang nakgopsae for 32,900 won with a 4,000-won bomb egg custard and added fried rice, which a staff member cooked by scrambling the egg first, giving it the taste of a Chinese-restaurant egg fried rice. With mostly four-person tables in a spacious wood-tone dining room and a high-definition screen, it also worked well as a group dinner spot for Balsan and Magok.
