Gasan-dong restaurant with a refillable self-serve bar: Gim Myeongtae
Gim Myeongtae Spicy Braised Short Ribs Gasan Branch is a Korean restaurant in Gasan-dong, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, near the Gasan Hyundai Outlet, serving spicy braised short ribs in four spice levels. Two friends ordered the small size at 33,000 won on mild and refilled bean sprouts, fermented octopus (nakji-jeot) and Wando dried laver seaweed from the self-serve bar. The meat was tender and the wide glass noodles made the small portion plenty for two.
