Sindorim jokbal restaurant B set with a 3,000-won leg swap: The Jokbal
The Jokbal Sindorim Main Branch is a jokbal (braised pork trotter) restaurant on the first floor of the Sindorim 3-cha Prugio Apartment shops in Guro, Seoul, open since 2012. Ordering the B set, which pairs jokbal with 250g of bossam, and paying 3,000 won extra to switch the whole jokbal to front leg brought out a collagen-rich cut that was firm outside and chewy inside. With a complimentary cold jokbal starter and house-made radish kimchi, The Jokbal Sindorim Main Branch also works well for a group dinner.
