Choneseo (촌에서) is an instant tteokbokki (stir-fried rice cake) and tempura restaurant on Boseonggueok-ro in Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo, Jeju. One serving of Choneseo's tteokbokki arrives loaded with ramyeon noodles, jjolmyeon noodles, a boiled egg, gimmari (fried seaweed rolls), fried tofu and japchae fish cake, enough for two to share, and the abalone premium tempura set was the most memorable, with tender abalone under a thin, crisp batter.
