Gwanghwamun tenderloin gyukatsu just after break time: Ichigyu
Ichigyu Gwanghwamun Branch is a gyukatsu (Japanese fried beef cutlet) restaurant on basement level 1 of Le Meilleur Jongno Town in Gwanghwamun, Seoul. Arriving right after break time ended, the writer ordered the tenderloin gyukatsu, melted butter on the mini charcoal grill to sear each piece, and ate it dipped in salt with fluffy rice and clear soup. Ichigyu makes an easy choice for both a Gwanghwamun date and an office lunch.
