Sushi Hibi is a counter-seat sushi omakase restaurant in an alley about a 5-minute walk from Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, with a ₩50,000 lunch course and a ₩100,000 dinner course. After reading CatchTable reviews, the writer booked the Sushi Hibi dinner course and had chawanmushi (savory egg custard), tender octopus tsumami, aged sashimi and a generously sized herring nigiri the chef calls his favorite. Verdict: Sushi Hibi's dinner was more satisfying than a pricier omakase the writer had recently.

Lil' Burger The Hyundai Seoul is a craft burger shop in the basement level 1 food court of The Hyundai Seoul in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. On a weekday evening after work, there was no wait for the cheese burger set (14,900 won) or the El Taco Burger (17,900 won), and swapping the set's side to sweet potato fries was the most memorable part of the meal. Lil' Burger is a good choice for a quick meal inside the busy The Hyundai Seoul mall.
