Sinsa Chinese restaurant course with pick-your-own noodles: Samsin

Samsin Garosu-gil is a Korean-Chinese-Japanese fusion Chinese course restaurant on the 2nd and 3rd floors near Exit 8 of Sinsa Station, at the entrance to Garosu-gil in Gangnam, Seoul. Two diners ordered Samsin Course A at 25,000 won per person and worked through snow crab soup, handmade dim sum, Tokyo tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork), meat jjamppong and Taean potato jajangmyeon, and yuzu pudding, with each person choosing a different noodle. The review-event mango coconut sherbet arrived one per person rather than one per table, making Samsin Garosu-gil satisfying right to the last bite.
